Terms and Condition

EMPLOYERS

An agreed fee between FindMeAnApprentice.com and you (the employer) will entitle you to place job post (s) and advertisements for an agreed period of time. Terms of this agreement can change with advance notice. Failing to comply with terms and conditions can result in all job posts and advertisements being removed from the website without notice and/or refund.

The fees must be purchased or a purchase order number given to gain access to job postings and advertising. Where a purchase order is given the payment terms are 30 days net, if the terms of payment are not met then we reserve the right to restrict access until such time the account has been settled. The minimum term will be agreed upon purchase.

The employer is not permitted to share access to the site with any organisation or persons not employed by your organisation or engaged in the procurement of staff for the employer. The licence will only be active and support the ISP address of the employer.

COLLEGES / TRAINING PROVIDERS

FindMeAnApprentice.com will work on your behalf in order to successfully place a potential apprentice in employment. You (the college / training provider) must pay a fee of £250 for each successfully placed apprenticeship in employment. This fee will be billed after the candidate/s has been in post for two weeks and will become due for payment 30 days net. No replacement discount

Successfully placed apprentices in employment then becomes the responsibility of the college / training provider to provide future advice and guidance.

An extra fee will be applicable for advertising, banner sponsorship and marketing to the database of apprentices, any licence holders or non licence holders looking for information relating to these opportunities can be registered at info@findmeanapprentice.com

APPRENTICES

Your CV / personal details, can and will be accessed by FindMeAnApprentice, you (the apprentice) and any other related third party in order to aid the process of engaging employment. There will be no fee attached to upload your details. Find Me an Apprentice has the right to remove any details from its database without notice.

If successfully placed in employment, it becomes the responsibility of the college / training provider to provide future advice and guidance. Once we have helped you gain an Apprenticeship position we will encourage you to take part in our yearly skills census please help us by completing the census, this will enable us to keep track of training and development during your early years after school college.

These terms will be subject to change from time to time and any changes will be issued in advance.
