At FindMeAnApprentice.com we will work tirelessly to support apprentices, employers and providers to ensure that
the young adults natural skills and ambitions are perfectly matched to the chosen career path, for those employers new
to apprenticeships we will ensure they get an increased level of support to ensure the success of the scheme.
Employing an apprentice is a commitment that will reward the company and pay dividends for many years to come,
this is not just about filling a vacancy, it’s about improving life chances for young people. For the apprentice,
being part of a team and contributing as an adult, being paid a fair days pay for a fair days work and to be given the
opportunity of working towards a qualification that will help them develop a skills set that will guide them through the
early stages of work and build confidence and character and a sense of achievement.
